Hot Italian Sandwiches

     This is one of my favorite sandwich recipes that my mom always made when we were younger.  When I originally asked her for the recipe I think she laughed at me and told me there wasn't a "recipe."  Eventually, I got her to at least write down the ingredients and the rest is pretty self explanatory.  Easy, quick, and tasty!

Roast Beef
Salami
Sandwich Pepperoni
Lebanon or Garlic Bologna
Provolone Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Pizza Sauce
Bagels, buns, or rolls

     On each bagel, place on slice of each meat and cheese.  Spoon pizza sauce on top of the meat and cheese.  Place the top back on the bagel.  Wrap each bagel in tin foil and bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
